How To Become a Member
You are welcome to become a part of the Pleasant Mound United Methodist Church's family of faith. There are several ways that you can join and become a member of this church community. You can join at the conclusion of the worship service or you can arrange a time to meet with the pastor and join.
If you have any questions, or you are unsure of which option to choose, please speak to our pastor.
Profession of Faith: If you have never been a member of any church, you may join by professing Jesus Christ as your Savior.
Restored: If you have been a member of Pleasant Mound United Methodist Church or another church at one time, but have been inactive for three (3) years or more, you may unite by renewing your faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and restoring your membership in the Church.
Transfer: If you are a member of another church, you may join by requesting that your membership be transferred to Pleasant Mound United Methodist Church.
Affiliate Member: If you are a member of a United Methodist Church in another city but will be residing in this area, you may united as an affiliate member. You will maintain membership in your home church but you will be under the pastoral care of Pleasant Mound.
